Manifesting is not a new thing. It has however, been brought to the attention of the main stream population over the past few years with the movies such as; “What the bleep do we know, The Secret and The Hidden Mysteries in Water.”

Research has found a connection between the power of the mind and what happens in our life and the results are speaking for themselves. The process to create what we want in our lives is called “manifesting” – the bringing of ideas and desires into physical form.¬† Manifesting becomes a self empowerment tool when it is applied to realizing our desires. This is done through the law of attraction.

Celebrities like Anthony Robbins, Harv Ecker, Oprah, Eckhart Tolle, Darren Jacklin and Tanja Diamond are using manifesting daily in their professional and personal lives to achieve outrageous results. This ability to manifest our dreams is not limited to the gifted; anyone can posses this ability, all it requires is an understanding of how to put it all together.

There are many different tools to use in manifesting. Some people use vision boards and cut out pictures of what they want, others use more exotic formats such as using sexual energy for the carrier of conscious energy.

Tantra is a spiritual philosophy, and one of the tools available in it’s studies, is the use of ritual and sexual energy to raise vibrational levels for manifesting your desires outside the bedroom.

To make a difference right now these steps can use in your life today.

Let’s start with some basics.

The law of attraction is a universal law which states that, “what is within, is without.”

It means that what is first created inside the mind will eventually become an outward reality. Our negative self talk and old programming can be powerful manifesting tools as well. If these are the things you are focused on you can well understand why you might be in the position you are today.

Ask yourself right now…

What do I believe about my life and circumstances?

What do I believe about myself?

Make a list of thoughts that run through your head about your life, relationship, money, your sex life, and other facets that are not where you would truly desire them to be.

Making an assessment is a really imperative start.

Once you can honestly look at what you are creating now in your life, you can start to use these next principles to change it all around.

To start manifesting follow this process:

Ask, Believe, Release and Receive.

Asking…In order to manifest your desires you must ask for what you want. Some people get stuck here and it is good to know that there are ways to get through the fog. Asking is not enough. You must be so crystal clear in your vision you can actually see, hear, feel, taste, touch and utilize all your senses when visualizing your desire.

Believing… It cannot be if you do not believe that it can be. The universe works in accordance with your thoughts, so if you really do not believe that you can do something then you cannot. Our internal dialogue can keep you from believing you are worthy, or that you can have what you desire. You are the only thing holding you back.

Releasing…This is a process of trusting the laws of attraction and your clarity and intent. Once you have achieved clarity and precise asking and believing of what you are manifesting you need to let go. Do not go looking for it, do not try to speed it up, do not spend time wondering where it is going to come from. The universe is more than capable of doing what you ask without your interference.

Receiving… You must be ready, willing and able to receive your manifestations, in your mind and in your spirit you must know that you deserve and that you are capable of bring your desires from the unseen to the seen. This can be tough for some people. Practice living what you desire. Own the car, or boat, have the boyfriend or girlfriend.¬† The process works, only doubt or lack of worth can hold you back.

Some tips from the pros.

Rule #1: Align the Desire With Making Progress In Your Spiritual Evolution.

Rule #2: Align the Desire For the Greater Good of All.

Rule #3: First Deserve, Then Desire.

To summarize, desires that are strong, spiritually oriented, and beneficial to others and which you have worked hard to realize are the one’s that the Universe is most likely to help with.

Living in gratitude each day of what you have right now and thanking your divinity is an excellent way to stay positive and in the moment while on your journey of manifesting your desires.

Remember that your breath in the world is impactful and that remaining aware and conscious of everything around you will allow you to see the opportunities that are constantly there. There are different types of formulas to follow out there in the world of manifesting. Some people enjoy ritual and trappings, some people enjoy the process of writing vision boards, journals or painting.

But no matter what format you use to start your process, we encourage you to do it today, right now.

————————

He had had a successful day and was walking through a forest back to his tribe. He had slung a deer across his shoulder with some homemade rope. He was walking fast because it was close to evening. He came across a branch of tree lying on the ground. He casually picked it up and held it in his other hand for support. To his surprise, the branch was not as sturdy as some of the other sticks he had used for walking. It was a bit flexible. Whenever he put his weight on the stick, it bent a little. The hunter kept walking but did not throw away the branch. Then, suddenly he stopped. Something occurred to him. On an impulse, he threw down the deer, freed the rope, picked up the branch and looked at his rope again. He examined them for a moment and tied the two ends of the branch with the rope, thus inventing the bow. The hunter saw the connection between two seemingly unconnected things. He saw something which no one else had seen. He saw something which he himself had never seen before.

A branch of a tree is a branch of a tree. It has certain uses and that is that. A piece of rope is a piece of rope. It has certain uses and that is that. The preconceived notions about the branch of a tree and the piece of rope prevent us from seeing more into these objects and find some new connection. When we are free from our preconceptions, we have fresh perception and new possibilities open up in our thinking. That is what creativity is about – having fresh perceptions.

That fellow saw something which nobody else had seen. There are so many invisible connections around us and connections between hitherto unrelated things can be the source of new ideas!

Creativity is about making connections – as we saw in the example of the hunter. The ability to see a connection between seemingly unrelated things is a big advantage.

In everyday life we use metaphors to make connections between unrelated things. Metaphors are used to explain complex situations in an easy manner. Many metaphors are parts of our everyday usage Рroot of problem, heart of city. Most of us now recognize our heart as a ‘pump’ but that is a metaphor as well. Mind map is a metaphor! Metaphors help to communicate complex ideas in a short and sweet manner. A computer is a metaphor for our brain. It is so popular that we talk of processing power and our memory being short term or long term even though the way our brain works is very different from how the PC does. It helps to take ideas from one context and apply them to another context.

Metaphors provide us with a new way of looking at things. It is like watching a Manchester United Vs Liverpool match on TV with only ONE CAMERA feed and then suddenly we have more camera feeds as well! The two experiences are incomparable. Using metaphors provides us with new insights, leading to more ideas and better decisions.

Try and provide 5 different answers to each one of the following statements/questions.

And I am really looking forward to hearing what you have to say on this one:

Smoking a cigarette is like talking to your mother in law because…

Life is all about making the best of what we could do, in this moment; the sum such a zillion moments make the journey of life, and we owe it to our very existence to make all these moments filled with joy, happiness and fulfillment. That MUST be the basic tenet of life, and for that to be the base, here are Ten Commandments (which are in any case not exhaustive!) which can be of good help.

Commandment One: Live by the power of gratitude

Gratitude is one of the best ways to live a complete life. Gratitude is by far the most powerful positive emotion that is filled with energy to negate all ill & negative feelings in us. Just take a conscious effort to focus on filling our mind and heart with gratitude – there is no end to what we can be grateful for – you can be grateful to God, to nature, to our parents, our loving kids, our siblings, to our boss, our co-workers, to a handful of people who touched upon our life today, everyday, and possibly even in this very minute.

Think of what and who you can be grateful for, everyday when you wake up in the morning, and you will see the quality of the day improve. It is such a huge contrast to waking up grudgingly for some mean reason, or even no reason.

A thanksgiving state of mind gives you a rush of adrenalin for your mind and body! Make sure you practice conscious gratitude from now!, and you will have the most powerful fuel that will propel your life-rocket to happiness and success!

Commandment Two: Avidly visualize what you want from Life.

Imaging is the most powerful tool in creating a life of your choice. It has worked wonders to all those who have attained unparalleled success and happiness in any vocation they chose to be in! Imaging anything you chose to have and wish to be, and no sooner will you see your vision turning into reality! Sustained visualization gets etched in the subconscious after a certain period of time, and after that the power of the subconscious takes over the actual process of creation of reality as imaged.

Practice dynamic visualization – Imagine what you seek in all the color, shade, be in that situation which is the final outcome – be in the midst of your happy family, in that great getaway, in that CEO job – make the image as dynamic, interactive and colorful, and as real as it can get in your mind. After time, you will see the same in absolute reality and even the colors and shades you created in mind will come to existence.

Combine imaging with gratitude well in advance – gratitude to the cosmic universe to giving all that your want – and you are in the pathway to a great, happy, and successful life – all of which as exactly as you wanted!

Commandment Three: Have you mission statement written.

It is a misplaced notion that only organizations and corporations of the world need to have mission statements written. Individuals – you and me – must write down mission statements for our life, and these statements must be the raison d etre of Life.

Writing down such a statement is not something that is done in a huff. A considerable amount of thought must go into the exercise, and the statement shall clearly articulate the prime intents of what we expect in the journey of life.

There is no age barrier for this – if you are twenty or fifty, such a mission statement brings in a huge sense of direction to what we do. It brings in a sense of purpose, and also makes us set goals towards achieving what is stated in the mission statement.

The mission statement is also dynamic, and can be worked on, after time frames – it can be modified with the times, as long as the core message is in tact – for example, if ‘providing everything for a happy family’ is the mission, the broader statement can encompass anything that serves this mission. The mission can be anything to do with various facets of life – personal, family, money, growing up children, running a business – anything that touches life, and living.

Commandment Four: Link your mission to Goals in Life

Goals are very important to keep life filled with positive action. Like the flowing water in the stream is fresh, the blood of life is fresh when you keep moving towards goals you set for yourself. And these goals are so potent when they are linked to the mission of our life.

Life is fun only when there are goals to it! Living without goals, is just vegetable existence, and it leads to boredom which takes the verve and fun out of life. Goals can be either qualitative or quantitative. And it is good to have a mix of qualitative and quantitative goals. Being happy and Staying positive is, for example qualitative, and reaching a professional position, earning x amount of money, is quantitative as well.

When there are written goals in place – be it personal, professional, monetary, family or whatever – we tend to work around those goals, which bring in so much of direction and power to our life. It is important to have goals for all areas of life, and not just one part of life – that leads to imbalance, and creates pressure on only a few areas.

Life is all about being well-balanced, aimed at being happy, contended, and achieving a few things which we need to; goals facilitate that.

The happiest, contended and successful people are those who have written goals, and worked to make the goals come to reality.

A combination of having a purposeful mission, with goals, and avid imagination makes life so much purposeful and positive.

Commandment Five: Manage YOU well, and manage time well.

It is oft-stated: All of us have the same amount of time in disposal. Yet, we all keep blaming ‘not having enough time’ to do things that are most important. In reality, there is nothing like managing time – what we need to manage is ourselves, and the activity we do.

If we decide to do what is most important in getting to our goals and being happy, and staying positive all the time, the seemingly humongous task to managing the time-monster is so easy… Focus on accomplishment and not activity. Cut off all the time wasters from your schedule – needless talk, bickering, mindless TV watching, useless internet activity – just do a little analysis on how you spend time, and you will see so much time spent on ‘time-eaters’ in your life.

Packing the schedule full of work and no fun is no better self management. To repeat, the goal of life is to be happy, joyful, and not to carry stress and sorrow to the grave. Sprinkle your schedule with a mix of work, fun, family time, social time- built around the broad goals of life.

Once this is done, managing YOU gets better, and managing time falls in place.

Commandment Six: Never spend a moment worrying.

It has been seen that the biggest time waster and the single most deterrent to a happy life is the worry habit – worrying about this thing or that thing, big or small, important or trivia, and sometimes even being worried about nothing at all..! So much time and energy is expended in this habit, knowing well that it is sheer waste of time and energy, and moreover, something that saps the positivity in each of us.

The easiest thing to kill this worry habit is action… when you start wasting even a minute worrying as a habit, just change the pattern and do something… Contrast the worry pattern by a loud laugh, a kick on the wall, a hit on the punch bag, or just something that sets you in motion.

Just resolve that you will never ever waste time by worrying. This is one of the most definitive things you can do to live a happy and successful life. And not just that – your family, friends, co-workers – anyone who is in your circle of influence and concern will feel joy and happiness radiating out of you.

Follow these 6 commandments, and you will see the difference in the quality of your life… now and always.

This, in fact, is the motto of the institute he established in 1988.

The 69-year-old Filipino is his country’s foremost authority on inner mind development, paranormal phenomena and Philippine mysticism. He is also the author of a regular newspaper column and of 16 books.

He looks calm yet at the same time feisty – as if he’s ready for anything – and has a great sense of humour. He’s not a man who stands on formality either. “Call me Jimmy,” he said as soon as I was introduced to him.

We talked for a few moments before he began a presentation on Inner Mind Development. That sense of humour was evident the minute he began. “People ask me if I am a psychic,” he laughed. “I say, no, I’m a psycho.” When they ask if he is a mystic, he replies jokingly that he is a “mistake.”

Indeed he is a man who is hard to slot. His books cover topics ranging from Philippine faith healing to karma and reincarnation to intuition and, of course, inner mind development.

He believes the mind has limitless potential, but most of us limit ourselves through our own negative thinking. “Change the mindset – and all things change,” he said. We typically use only 10 per cent of brain capacity, he said. If we understand the brain better, we can use it more powerfully.

It is clear that he’s a man driven by curiosity about things that aren’t easily explained. He follows a reasoned, scientific approach in his inquiries – and he likes to personally test all assertions about unexplained phenomena. To satisfy his curiosity, he has tried walking on fire and being hacked by a sword! He survived both and now believes he has found the explanation: anything is possible in an altered state of consciousness.

“Everything begins with the mind,” Jimmy said. The frequency of our brain waves can alter our physical reality. “If you slow down the brain waves – without falling asleep – you can do things you cannot normally do.”

Participants in seminars at the Inner Mind Development Institute learn about right brain and left brain activities; and about alpha, beta, theta, and delta brainwaves. In the basic seminar they learn to effectively use both sides of the brain.

In the more advanced seminars, they learn how to consciously move between different states of consciousness.

Normally, we are in the beta state, open to our five physical senses. Through meditation, we enter the alpha state, where we are not limited by time and space. If we can slow down the brainwaves even more, we enter the theta stage, where we can control pain, bleeding, burning etc. This is the state in which people undergo bloodless surgery or walk on fire. The deepest state of all is the delta stage, in which we are normally either asleep or unconscious. However, if we can stay awake in this state, we can levitate, or bend objects through mind power, according to Jimmy.

Thoughts:
Our thoughts are as intangible as ether. Yet, they make us smile or bring frowns to our brow as they emerge from our mind. We need to learn which thoughts to keep and which ones to eject with immediate effect. Else, we tend mull over the negative, destructive ones and in the bargain, make our life a series of convoluted dramas that could be avoided. Our thoughts and our thinking process as such, make us what we are as: an individual, family, fraternity, society and nation. Thoughts are nurtured, neglected, negated, debated, weighted and abated as we grow.

Growth:
We grow happily or miserably, depending on the combinations of thoughts we nurture, as cited above. Unfortunately thoughts are intangible. We can neither see them nor feel them. A big handicap. We have to learn to live with that handicap and grow up as well. As you journey through life, it would be interesting if you could look back every now and then to see your trail of thoughts and how they influenced your evolution as a human being. But sadly, we do not have that luxury as a privilege.

But thoughts make us act and react. Those very actions are absolute tangibles. Herein lies the solution. We need to learn and master the art of watching! Watch your thoughts! Watch your actions. Do that as a habit! Watch your actions and reactions very actively. As you watch, look for patterns. Note those patterns as you grow. Then navigate your way through life by:

1) Keeping and repeating thoughts that bring you joy happiness.

2) Deleting the thoughts that make you unhappy and miserable.

When you learn to do so, you would have learnt to live a joyful life. Remember, the duration of life is not known to any one on this earth. Actually, the way to live a happy and a joyful life is known to few.
You must control your thoughts if you want to be among those few wise ones.

Easier said than done, but with a conscientious effort one can master it. In a nutshell that is Life. Why then do we have to make it hell? Why invite strife? Why not endeavor to make it pleasing and all loving for one and all. We can, if we learn how to rein in our thoughts as they happen. Consider these two simple ways:

1) Identify, arrest, and negate the harmful thoughts. Delete them instantly and never allow them to be repeated.

2) Identify, nurture and multiply the joyful thoughts. As you nurture them, learn how to replicate them

Thereby you can live life joyously inside of every moment….till the final moment when Death comes to open news doors of discovery.

Which scourge affecting India is a bigger killer – terrorism or kids dying of starvation?

They both replied, “It is obviously terrorism. Look at the way almost 170 people have been killed just last week….and we cannot forget the deaths of innocent people in other acts of terrorism.”

In one of my classes on creativity, a youngster insisted, in the face of my submissions to the contrary, that air travel was the most dangerous form of travel. I explained statistical data to prove my point which included a slide showing that riding a two wheeler was probably the most dangerous form of transport. I repeatedly tried to explain some basics of probability theory and showed the basis for my contention about two wheelers but he refused to budge from his stand that air travel was the most risky form of travel. At the lunch break another trainee took me aside and told me that the ‘recalcitrant’ young man had lost his brother in a recent air disaster.

My Indian friends with an interest in the USA, often speak to me of the horrific incidents of violence in that country that they read about or see on Indian television. One seriously discussed tragedy was the Virginia Tech killings. My friends believe that the US is a dangerous place to live, especially for students from abroad. The Indian media has even speculated that there “will be a drop” in the number of Indian students seeking admission to US colleges.

In each of these incidents we can see a psychological phenomenon in action.
It is called the AVAILABILITY HEURISTIC.

What is happening is that a recent or vivid incident dominates our thinking disproportionately. We tend to ignore the totality of data on a subject simply because a recent piece of information, more readily available to us, has overwhelmed us and skewed our thinking.

In the instance of my political friends, it was apparent that the shocking Mumbai massacre with its gruesome deaths had disproportionately affected their judgment. Statistics will bear me out that more kids in India die from starvation every year than the number of deaths attributable to acts of terrorism. I am not suggesting that terrorism need not concern us. Even in the Mumbai case I observed that although more people died at the CST station than at the south Mumbai five star hotels, most people I know talk about the massacre in terms of what happened at the hotels and the Jewish house, simply because the television images of these incidents are vivid in their minds. Our most recent and vivid images of that incident are the south Mumbai ones.

As far as the our young trainee is concerned, the recent tragic death of a close relative was vividly etched in his mind thus blinding him to cold overall statistics indicating that riding a two wheeler was far more risky than traveling by air.

As for my friends who observe the US, the shocking images of dead students – including one Indian student and an Indian professor, no doubt remained vividly etched in their minds. Television coverage, like Hollywood films, presents slick images of such incidents which serve to create a vivid impression in our minds, thus blinding us to the overview of a situation. It is a fact that more people die of road accidents in Mumbai in a year than the number of students who are murdered on American university campuses. I told my Mumbai friends to watch out as they walk on Mumbai roads chatting with others on their mobile phones about violence in the US!

Incidentally, the number of Indians seeking admissions to US campuses touched record levels in the months after reports of violence. These young students have made allowance for the recency and vividness effects!
I also advise my executive friends to work hard, meet their bosses daily and do a great job in the three months leading up to their appraisals.

The boss as well is vulnerable to the vividness and recency effects. He or she will appraise employees based largely on their performance in the most recent 3 months that remain vivid in his/her memory!
It pays to be aware of this phenomenon. To keep track of the actual facts while thinking or deciding, just take a few moments to look at the overall statistics or data before forming judgments.

Close your eyes and take a good in-breath/out-breath if it helps. It usually does, so go ahead and indulge yourself.

What would feel really, really, good to feel?

Connected. Free. Light. Creative. Influential. Powerful. Healed. Rich. Pretty. Strong. Leadership. Quality. Sweet. Sexy. Robust. Close to nature. Fresh. Excited. Vibrant. Quiet. Playful. Adored. Productive. Sensuous. Peace. Colour. Focused. Complete.

The Law of Reciprocity is one of the oldest forms of morality that exists in the world. It states simply, Treat others as you would wish to be treated. Those that ignore this maxim do so because they think doing good deeds for others inhibits their own progress; any successful entrepreneur can tell you, however, that the Law of Reciprocity is crucial for success.

You see, the power of good is infectious. Let’s say you’re making your way up the corporate ladder, and you treat everyone on the way up with kindness and respect. You help advance the careers of your interns, or you always give your staff members a bonus. You will find that people will speak well of you, and people will be more inclined to do business with you, viewing you to be the kind of person who understands the power of the Law of Reciprocity.

Now let’s imagine you ignore the Law of Reciprocity. You cheat, steal, and lie your way to every promotion, taking credit for work that isn’t yours. Let’s say one day something unexpected happens—your company downsizes, or you need to miss work for an emergency. Do you think anyone will help you, hire you, or cut you a break? Think again.

Working in business means being part of a team. Even if you’re self-employed, you’re going to need to outsource specialties or publicity duties. If you want to attract the best and the brightest talent, you need to be living the Law of Reciprocity. Help others selflessly, and the universe will bless you.

Never underestimate the infectious power of negativity to corrupt and destroy. Professor of Cognitive Science Selmer Bringsjord, for example, has been spending the last few years working on an artificial intelligence program called “E.” E is supposed to represent pure evil, which Bringsjord defines as having the wish to harm others without provocation, and for no reason other than personal satisfaction.

When describing the program, Bringsjord said that he would never release his creation into a fake computer world like Second Life, because it would destroy the simulated world. Even in purely fictional environments, E is too dangerous to exist without programming safeguards.

In the real world, negativity has a similar power—it destroys everything it touches. But there is also power in positivity. We need to remind ourselves that the kinder we are to other people, and the more we treat them with unconditional love and respect, the more likely we are to be rewarded. Just like when a stone is thrown into a pond, the ripples of our actions bounce off of other objects and travel back towards us. The surest way to success is to make sure these ripples of energy are positive, not negative.

————————

All of our achievements and accomplishments – on the personal, family or career front – not necessarily in that order though – are completely connected to our ability/habit to set goals with deadlines, write them down on paper and review the progress regularly and with rigour.

This progress towards achievement of our goals is made easier by the power of imaging in the mind – once the image of the outcome is fed continuously to the mind, it is only a matter of time before the goal turns into reality. Imaging is the most potent tool of the mind, to achieve anything in life.

Here is a simple illustration of imaging in getting to goals. Just think of something which each one us had vividly visualized and it came to existence after sometime – in some cases just a few days, and sometimes after longer time – things like your parents being with you when you got that university topper gold medal, or getting wedded to a spouse who has the name you liked the most, or you became the head of your division. Actually, in a corner of your mind, that image kept lingering unconsciously, and it led to the outcome. In fact how fast the image came to be true in existence is directly linked to the intensity and power with which we had done the imaging exercise. For sure, all of us will have at least a couple of events or instances, wherein powerful imaging came into reality, without seemingly much effort. That goes to show how powerful imaging can be, and just think of what we could aspire for if we chose to use imaging consciously in our desire to make it big.

Use the power of imaging in the mind in anything you want to do – visualize yourself as someone looking fit and 10 kgs lesser, commit the same to paper, and read the same about five times a day, and you will naturally act to do whatever is needed to look like that. This is just an easy example; your goal can be anything you always wanted.

It may seem complex and arduous but reaching goals is so simple when you passionately image and visualize the outcome of what you intend to achieve. This power of imaging combined with the power of having the goals as a written statement in your wallet, propels and catalyses your journey to achieving what you never could have thought possible.

Creating and recreating the winning images in the mind will seem tough only initially. But that comes with practice and exercise. As they say in any success literature, there an average of about 60000 thoughts per day that come into the mind. So the moment we write down about 10 or 20 life goals, and begin imaging the outcome in the mind, the mind is tutored and trained to focus on these goals. It gets into the subconscious mind, and moving or working towards achievement of the goals becomes a 24/7 process and the dynamics of action towards goals gets embedded in the subconscious mind.

These exercises of the mind make getting to goals great fun and easy too. The minute the mind is exercised and stretched it does not rest until the moment the image that is fed to it becomes a reality in life.

Good looks, great knowledge in any subject, getting into your dream company, becoming a CEO…be it anything, you become the CEO of your life by harnessing the power of imaging and getting to goals.

Having more money is on top of everyone’s wish list. People buy lottery tickets hoping to become instant millionaires.

Some read books written by the rich hoping to gain some insight about how to make their first million. Others succumb to get-rich-quick scams all because the idea of receiving loads of money is just too hard to resist.

Some gain money very easily while others seem to earn little no matter how hard they try.

What accounts for the difference? Is it just pure luck? Or is there a universal formula that anyone can use to create more wealth?

It really is all in the mind.

Generally, every positive action starts out as a powerful thought. The more you think about something, the more you believe in it. Beliefs motivate you to act. And actions have consequences.

All you need to figure out is what kind of thought stimulates the inflow of wealth.

Wealth creation teachers like Rhonda Byrne and Loral Langemeier say the same thing: to have more money, you have to attract it with your thoughts.

If you think that becoming rich is just an impossible dream, then you are not likely to receive more wealth because of your thoughts. It is the universal law of attraction that is at work, even in the material world of finances.

Rhonda Byrne’s world renowned book, The Secret, lays out a plan that you can use to attract wealth into your life. It’s all about having the right attitude.

Here’s how:

Change your attitude about money

Instead of believing that you need to move mountains to become rich, try telling yourself that “money comes easily and frequently.” Say that often to yourself and believe in it.

If there is any doubt at all about how easy money can flow into your life, that doubt will attract a negative force that prevents you from creating wealth.

Be a cheerful giver

Money begets money. The universe works according to a natural process of filling and emptying. To get more money, you have to give money. But the act of giving has to come from your heart; otherwise, the law of attraction will view the gift of money as a mere sacrifice, or an act that affirms your lack of money.

Giving more money is a positive act that strongly shows your belief that money comes to you easily. The universal law of attraction will work by responding to your outflow with an inflow, oftentimes greater than what you give out.

Visualize receiving money

Ask and you shall receive. That is how the universe works. Junk all conservative thoughts about money. Refrain from thinking that the world does not owe you material favors. It is this negative attitude about the world working against you that prevents you from reaping all that the world has to offer.

Starting today, picture yourself surrounded with earmarks of wealth and feel it. Change your negative attitude about money. Feel the excitement. Wealth may be on its way.

————————

When the performance gurus talk about riding out the highs and the lows of business, what they mean is that when business is swinging, you act cool, and when it goes wrong – you still act cool.

It is not wrong to celebrate success, but if you are still partying a week after you land the big order, what has happened meanwhile?

If you respond to a fantastic result with hysterical glee, will you plunge into the depths of despair when you lose a sale?

To win in the long term your emotional keel must be steady and without the yawing highs and lows. You may find the key to this skill rather surprising.

Do you know someone who sulks? Some people can sulk for years. At first this may not seem particularly valuable, however, consider this – the prolonged sulker has developed a strategy of sustaining one emotional state for a very long time.

What if they could do this with a different emotion? Well they can if they mimic how they manage to sulk for so long and transfer the skill to something more productive, such as confidence or motivation.

The secret strategies behind every behaviour are a party compendium pack of the following components

*visual by creating and seeing pictures in your imagination
*auditory
*feelings
*listening to self talk
*smells and tastes

To elicit your strategy for a particular behaviour, such as buying, sleeping, or insomnia, just run through your process and plot through each step.

Imagine Steve who has an excellent sulking strategy which goes like this

Three years ago Steves brother Bob went to a works party instead of Steves birthday bash. Each morning since then Steve…

*has made a picture in his head of Bob enjoying himself at the works party

*says to himself How could Bob do that to me, he obviously prefers his work mates to his own brother.

*then gets a nauseous feeling in the pit of his stomach and his throat gets tight as all the familiar feelings flood back

Steve runs this strategy every morning and can keep the sulk going all day, regardless of anything else which could brighten his mood.

But Steve could also use this strategy to conjure up a winning state of mind as a salesman by:

*making a picture of himself sat in his office as a signed contract for a 100 fleet cars slides across the desk towards him

*saying to himself – WOW I NAILED it, Im brilliant at sales. What a FANTASTIC deal!”

*feeling the exciting rush of adrenalin as all the familiar feelings flood back

If he ran this strategy every morning, Steve could spend his days electrified with anticipation as he chalks up the triumphs.

What would it mean to you to spend every day like Steve?

A profound, irrefutable law of bodybuilding, and of life, is “What is expected, tends to be realized.”

Take a moment here and think about what you (honestly) expect from your workouts. For example, what do you usually expect when you go to the gym regarding:

- Your performance level?

- Your commitment/passion level?

- Your intensity level?

- Your set/rep completion drive?

- The results your overall workout will provide you in terms of size progression?

- Strength progression?

- Cuts/Definition progression?

I, of course, can go on and list 20 more workout related factors. The point here is that, in a majority of cases, you’ll find your expectation going into a workout many times translates into experiential fact of life.

Your Personal Expectation Style

So what do you usually tend to expect regarding your set/rep performance and overall results as you head into a workout?

Do you expect the best – or the worst? Do you expect success and completion – or problems and/or difficulties? Do you expect proficiency and power – or vacillating focus and conviction levels? Do you expect a lot of, and from, yourself (expecting a full degree of commitment and intensity will be generated each set) – or do you (honestly) hardly expect anything at all?

And here’s an essential point I want you to get ‚Äî if your expectations are not strictly positive, success suggestive, and confidence based, they’re literally keeping you from developing the true degree of mind/blowing muscularity you, no doubt, actually can!

New Expectations Which Will Deeply Empower You

Have you ever had a workout that was beyond – way beyond – your “normal” range? Of course you have; you’ve likely experienced this workout dimension numerous times.

Was this a once in a million thing that just “somehow” happened? Or, was it power and determination generating through you, that you didn’t even know you possessed?

I’ll tell you right now, it was the latter — it always is! And what would happen if you began to expect through this part of you? What would happen if your expectations were of peak performance, and sustained intensity for each of your workouts? Hmmm…interesting, huh!

Go ahead and employ the following, and, as such, revel in your ability to project positive expectations which incite muscular progress. Before you begin your workout:

A.) Know your full set/rep game plan (what exercises you’ll be performing, and the number of sets and reps you intend to do for each).

B.) Let your eyelids gently close, and vividly imagine yourself feverishly, purposefully driving the body part you’ll be training to peak contraction with the first exercise you intend to perform. See, sense and experience yourself completing all intended reps for this first set of the exercise you’ll be performing.

C.) Now, project yourself toward the end of your workout; imaginatively stand in front of one of the gym mirrors, and envision your physique a striking reflection of what you know you’ll produce this workout through doing every set you perform in the manner you just visualized. (Take your time here and really envision – and f-e-e-l – your overall expected workout results.)

D.) Richly sense the ability, drive and power within you to make what you just imagined, your physical fact of life. Then take a long deep breath, let your eyelids open, and begin your workout. Start expecting this new way now (the entire A.-D. pre-workout process should take you 20-25 seconds). And you’ll quickly find your workout performance, and results, will start conforming to your new, expecting the best tendency.

Remember: expectations are your choice, and your responsibility. Go ahead now and make them pay you a decided, muscular impacting profit…starting with your very next set!

Achieving success is something a lot of people want, but they suffer from a disease called procrastination. When you want to be successful and change in your life you need to overcome procrastination as soon as possible.

Here are a few ways to overcome it:

1. Break down goals into smaller more realistic goals. Say if your goal is to make a million dollars, start with a goal of $20,000 a month. When you have $200,000 you are much closer to the million, but it’s till far away, so you need to make a new goal, maybe $30,000 a month and knowing you can make $20,000 a month makes it easier for you to believe you can make $30,000 month than if you make $10,000 a month. Understand? Good!

2. Create a ‘to do’ list every single day and finish urgent tasks you have not built up the confidence or had time to do. So creating that ‘to do’ list now and start chopping away, without distraction is an amazing thing that really helps.

3. Have a bigger picture in mind. This means you know what you want and believe you can get it. So if you spend that 15 minutes to do something IMPORTANT that you know you wouldn’t have else done, you are ahead 95% of the people out there, meaning you are closer to success than you think.

4. Stop doing counterproductive tasks when you have something more important to do. Say NO to people who interrupt you in the middle of work, and be sure to complete smaller goals before moving on to bigger things. Do the hard work first, that way it feels like REST when you actually do the smaller tasks!

5. Be ready for problems and obstacles on your road to success. Like any terrain out there, there is never a straight road to the final destination, especially if it’s a long road, so be sure to move on ahead when you hit the “brick wall”.

6. Motivate yourself with treats upon completion of bigger goals. Yes, go to that restaurant you have wanted to go to when you finish the day, and make sure you overtip… That way you get all your money back and more the next day, cause you fulfilled your inner self first!

7. Keep reasonable deadlines. This removes the thought of having all the time in the world to complete a task, meaning you usually never do them. Instead say how soon it needs to be done and do it, do not procrastinate on this part.

8. Break free from the procrastination habit. Procrastination is a BAD habit that you want to break, so doing something the same for 30 days will eliminate the procrastination process and program in a go getter attitude into your mind. Try it!

9. Ignore procrastinating tasks. Don’t be afraid to fail. Everybody fails when trying to be successful. Be strong and confident about your actions. Try to avoid anxiety and instead be proactive and go for it, jump through the hoops to get what you want. Stop procrastinating NOW and go do the things you have procrastinated on before!

————————
