Nithya Shanti |
Nithya Shanti is an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has worked with Arthur Andersen and HCL Technologies in the fields of HR and Corporate Strategy. He then became a Buddhist monk and trained in meditation with famous meditation masters and spiritual teachers in Thailand, Sri Lanka, India and USA for six years. Since 2007 he has been conducting retreats and training programs for various organizations and groups in India, USA, Singapore and Australia.
Nithya Shanti's capacity to hold the attention of his audience, create an atmosphere of joy and trust, communicate complex subjects lucidly and offer breakthrough processes has been appreciated by many. Even small interventions with him have proved life changing for several participants as he blends the best innovations from the west with deep spiritual insights from the east in a profound, yet humourous way.
